2. Licensing & Permitted Use
2.1 Your purchase grants you a single-user, non-transferable licence to use the Template for one website belonging to you or your business.
2.2 You must not resell, redistribute, copy, duplicate, or share the Template or any associated files, even if edited or modified.
2.3 You may customise the Template for your own website, but you must not claim authorship of the original design.

5. Refund Policy

5.2 Due to the digital nature of the Template, change-of-mind refunds are not offered.
5.3 We offer a 7-day refund period, provided the Template has not been downloaded, accessed, or opened.
5.4 Once the Template is accessed or after 7 days from purchase (whichever comes first), no refunds will be issued.
