Terms & Conditions: The Motivation Mentorship
By purchasing and enrolling in The Motivation Mentorship, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are written in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and in line with best practices for digital wellbeing and coaching services.
1. Program Overview
The Motivation Mentorship is a 4-month mentorship program that includes:
1x 50-minute private Zoom session per month (4 sessions total)
Monday to Friday access to asynchronous voice and text messaging via Voxer or WhatsApp
Immediate access to the digital Mindset Hub, containing tools and resources
Mentorship that blends qualified therapeutic insight with practical coaching support for burnout, anxiety, and business/life clarity
2. Communication & Platforms
Messaging will be delivered through either WhatsApp or Voxer, depending on your preference. Please note:
These are third-party platforms and operate under their own privacy and data use policies.
It is your responsibility to review and understand these policies.
We do not record or store voice messages outside the platforms used.
All written and verbal communication is kept confidential and stored securely in accordance with Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Exceptions to confidentiality may apply where there is risk of harm, as per ethical and legal obligations.
3. Response Times
Message-based support is available Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Messages will typically be responded to within a few hours during business hours (AEST/AEDT).
In all cases, responses will be provided within 24 hours on business days.
Weekends and public holidays are not included in messaging response times.
4. Fees, Payments & Refund Policy
The cost of the mentorship is $499 AUD per month, inclusive of GST, for a total of 4 months.
A 50% non-refundable fee is charged at the time of enrolment to secure your place and access to digital materials.
The remaining balance is paid in monthly instalments over the program duration.
Refunds
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or remedy in the event of a major fault or service failure that cannot be rectified. However, change of mind, change in personal circumstances, or non-participation do not constitute grounds for a refund.
Due to the nature of the program (including immediate access to digital materials and personalised support), refunds are not issued once access has commenced, unless required under ACL.
5. Scope of Service
This program offers therapeutic-informed mentorship and professional coaching but does not constitute formal psychological or clinical mental health treatment.
If you are experiencing severe or complex mental health conditions (e.g., depression, PTSD, suicidality, eating disorders), please contact your GP, local mental health service, or dial Lifeline (13 11 14) in case of emergency.
You may also enquire about formal 1:1 therapy with Sheena (a registered therapist) if you're seeking a clinical setting for mental health support.
6. After You Enrol
Once you enrol, here’s what happens next:
You’ll receive immediate access to the Mindset Hub digital resource vault
Our admin team will contact you within 1-2 business days to schedule your first Zoom session
You’ll be guided on how to connect with Sheena via WhatsApp or Voxer for message support
Mentorship officially begins once your messaging connection is live
7. Intellectual Property
All materials provided within the program — including content in the Mindset Hub, session recordings, audio files, and written guidance — remain the intellectual property of Savasana Collective and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without written permission.

Results may vary. While this mentorship is designed to provide practical and emotional support, no guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes in business, mental health, or motivation levels. Your participation and commitment are integral to the success of this mentorship.
