Hi I’m Sheena Schuy (BPsych, MCoun, MSW) and I am a therapist who specialises in holistic psychology for anxiety, stress, depression and burnout.
I help women achieve calmness, clarity and contentment by getting clear about their purpose, understanding their unconscious default behaviour patterns and connecting to their past, present and future selves through a range of evidence-based activities based on my experience with hundreds of women - particularly female leaders and business owners.
One thing I have so often seen in high-functioning women is that they achieve everything they thought they wanted, yet still feel unfulfilled, stuck and exhausted.

Refund Policy
You do not require a GP referral or Mental Health Care Plan however we do accept rebates, rebates can only be claimed once session is paid for, session payments only come out AFTER session is completed.
The 1:1 Program
As this 1:1 program is paid ongoing there can not be a refund for past services delivered - however, if you feel the program is not a right fit you can email us at any time at hello@savasanacollective.com to cease the program
Note - Upon engaging in the program we have a non-refundable initial payment at the beginning that is used towards your sessions.
