Hi I’m Sheena Schuy (BPsych, MCoun, MSW) and I am a therapist who specialises in holistic psychology for anxiety, stress, depression and burnout.

One on One Coaching
6 x 50 minute coaching sessions with a qualified counsellor, psychologist or social worker in our incredible team.
