Hey I’m Sheena Schuy, as a therapist (BPsych, MCoun, MSW) who specialises in holistic psychology for anxiety, stress, depression and burnout I have so often seen relationships struggle as the demands on couples and families intensify, leaving both partners feeling exhausted, frustrated and stuck.
Often it looks and sounds something like the following…
“I don’t want to tell him what’s wrong, after all this time he should just know it, he should just be able to see”,
